The process is quick and easy. Fill out and submit the form below.
It would be helpful if you let that contact person know we will be contacting them within the next week. We will do all the backend work and follow-up with you within 1-2 weeks to let you know where and when your child can start our program.
Discounts will be offered to all “Connect Kids Friends” who refer to us. Please inquire!
